This rare edition includes "full and particular instructions for fishing, racing, hunting and more." Illustrated with thirty copper-plates of nets, animals, engines, traps and other tools - this book would make a great adoption for that special gentleman.

I use the British Library often for research, but I LOVE adopting books as gifts for people. My most recent adoption was in honor of my English professor in college. I am not just a literary scholar because of her influence--I am also a better human being.
