A children's classic with beautiful engravings, this would be a lovely adoption to mark a special child's birthday or christening.

I use the British Library often for research, but I LOVE adopting books as gifts for people. My most recent adoption was in honor of my English professor in college. I am not just a literary scholar because of her influence--I am also a better human being.
