The book suggests poetic responses and is designed as much to aid the recipient as the sender. Includes a pretty hand-coloured engraved frontispiece. A perfect adoption for Valentine's Day.

I use the British Library often for research, but I LOVE adopting books as gifts for people. My most recent adoption was in honor of my English professor in college. I am not just a literary scholar because of her influence--I am also a better human being.
