This is an exciting time to join us as we work towards our vision for the future. Knowledge Matters aims to make us more open, creative and innovative than ever before and we have a range of opportunities to enable this across custodianship, research, cultural events and exhibitions, learning, business support and international partnerships.
The trusts and foundations with whom we collaborate will have the chance to:
- Support the development and preservation of some of the world’s vastest resource of human-generated knowledge, making it accessible for today's users and future generations.
- Grow public engagement programmes that will inspire and engage millions of people across the UK and around the world.
- Help transform of physical spaces and redefine the role of a national library.
Current funding priorities include using our unique collections to address climate crisis, commissioning an exciting and varied programme of exhibitions, and producing engagement programmes for audiences traditionally underserved in arts and culture offerings.
